Overlooking companies led by women & historically excluded founders is VC's single biggest recurring investment error. Venture Capital success is built on seeing TAMs (Total Addressable Markets) that others miss. Women and other historically excluded founders have unique insights that allow them to identify markets others cannot see. These companies do not have to be pure Impact plays.
