Companies generating Impact at scale represent one of the biggest investment opportunities in VC. The best founders of the coming decades will want to web Good into their business models while simultaneous building giant, profitable companies. These founders can be anybody.

Overlooking companies led by women & historically excluded founders is VC's single biggest recurring investment error. Venture Capital success is built on seeing TAMs (Total Addressable Markets) that others miss. Women and other historically excluded founders have unique insights that allow them to identify markets others cannot see. These companies do not have to be pure Impact plays.
All of our investments will fall into one or both of these categories and should be some of the highest returning categories of investment in the coming years. Our team has exceptional insight, experience, and access to them.
