began my professional journey as a scientist in pharmaceutical research before pivoting into entrepreneurship and venture capital. Over the past decade, I’ve built founder-focused programs, worked in hedge funds, traditional VC, and advised early-stage founders on strategy, fundraising, and operations.

‍I’m at my best when I’m supporting founders, whether that’s helping them sharpen their pitch, find the right capital, or navigate the messiness of early-stage building. I bring a background in both venture and operations, but what truly sets me apart is a people-first approach. I care deeply about the relationships behind the work, and I’m constantly looking for ways to connect good people to the right opportunities, collaborators, and communities. Whether I’m in the room as an investor, operator, or advisor, I lead with curiosity, empathy, and an eye toward helping others grow.

‍As an Asian woman with bright red hair, I’ve never been afraid to push the envelope, and I’ve built a career doing just that. I’ve always felt most at home challenging the status quo, whether it’s rethinking who gets funded or what the future should look like. That same spirit drives my passion for investing in bold founders and designing inclusive ecosystems. Outside of work, I serve as the founding Advisory Board Chair for OU Esports, helping students find creative, unconventional career paths in tech and gaming. When I’m offline, you’ll find me chasing my dog Caden, negotiating with my cat Basil, or crafting something weird and wonderful for my next cosplay.
