Experience

I have spent the last 12 years advising, investing in, developing partnerships to support, building ecosystems around startups that are solving the world's biggest environmental and social challenges. As an early team member of Village Capital, I founded and led the world's first financial health-focused accelerator program, scaling that initiative globally while also leading strategic partnerships and new initiatives for the organization more broadly. I now lead network development, programmatic strategy, and grantmaking for various entities across the Sorenson Impact Group. I also support the development and management of inclusive networks to drive capital to founders and fund managers from under-represented backgrounds with Culture Shifting Summits; guide the development and growth of a network of BIPOC-led-and-focused accelerators as a Board Member of the Black Innovation Alliance; and support startups building a more inclusive and just economy as an advisor to Nav.it and Fresh.

Expertise

Over the course of my time leading network development and expansion for several leading organizations in the social impact space, I have built a significant network at the specific intersection of inclusive entrepreneurship, impact investing, and philanthropy. As a Venture Partner with RenewVC, I support LP network development and source startups whose leaders have lived experience with the challenges they're solving.

Personal

I'm dedicated to the elimination of the systemic economic and network barriers that limit human potential. I am driven by an overwhelming sense of responsibility to help my country live up to its potential, a conviction that the diversity of our nation is the bedrock of its strength, and a belief in the limitless power of imagination and ingenuity to understand and address the most complex challenges of our time.
